Objective:

Track facility maintenance and rehabilitation history

Description:

Historical data tracking allows the owner and/or facility manager to track and analyze facility and asset information. This includes past facility uses and maintenance and rehabilitation history which will aid in a preventative maintenance program.

Potential Benefits:

• Provides rapid feedback on asset and facility historical information.
• Tracks renovation and rehabilitation activity.
• Provides documentation of environment for future uses.

Levels of Detail Considerations:

• Any facility/asset information which the owner would like to have tracked, e.g., HVAC equipment maintenance information.

• BIM model application knowledge for updates
• Data tracking application knowledge
• Interoperability between BIM model application and data tracking application
